Palladium USA International Inc.'s $120 million “Palladium Las Colinas” project will include two 18 – 20 story condominium towers, plus approximately 50 town home units.
The project will be developed in two phases and sales of individual units will commence in early 2008.
Palladium Las Colinas is being designed by Washington, D.C. - based WDG Architecture and will make the fourth project Palladium USA has developed in Las Colinas since its initial development of Grand Venetian in 1998.
